yikes, I went out and cleaned up my car a bit just now. When I finished I decided to hop on my mountain bike. Im thinking of riding with Mr. Egan so I thought I should refamiliarize myself.

WOW. I never realized how different the geometries of mountain vs. road bikes are. The handlebars on my mtb are SO wide and the ride is SOOO comfortable. I had 55psi in my tires and they felt like big fluffy pillows compared to my roadie tires (which I run at ~115psi). I almost wrecked when I hit the brakes - the disc is so responsive compared to the rim brakes on my roadie :rotfl:

I hope I don't kill myself on the mountain this weekend.

Update on the lawsuit.

the guy who is suing the store for not having the disabled ramp up to date is actually a lawer himself and has already sued a few other stores in sacramento as well. This store was just bought a in january and the old owners received the letters from the state about the new standards, which they told us nothing about, so he might not be able to sue as long as we get it fixed asap.

I dont know exactly what youre talking about, but a guy went through here a few years ago while traveling I think all of California looking for businesses and whatnot that werent handicap accessable and then suing them. He suid one place that was an old old kind of drive-in burger place and the owner was too old and didnt have enough money to upgrade the place or handle the law suit and had to shut down the place, which was a local landmark kind of place....pissed off a lot of people.
