Thanks everyone, hopefully everything goes well with the insurance people and wont have problems later in the future. We'll be getting rechecked by a chiropractor on friday thanks to Inna (I<3dirt).

@johndabrit- you were right about my daughter, shes been remembering the accident everytime we put her in the car, but hopefully it'll start fading away.

 

Question... should i get a lawyer or wait for the insurance offer?
