doesnt have to be a sign if there is a red arrow for that movement (i dont know if this applies in your scenario). also, you still have to come to a complete stop and then yield to other traffic prior to making a right turn on a circular red. if you rolled passed the limit line, you ran the light.

er.. as far as I know, its entering the intersection, not exiting.
If you were in the intersection before the light turned red, then you should be fine. you CAN get a ticket for what happened, but that would be for blocking the intersection, but the red light cameras would not catch you for that.

no idea if this holds water, but my buddy said TicketAssassin (which he used to dispute a ticket) advises in the case of Red Light Cameras to fully ignore the ticket sent to you in the mail. Actually just throw it away.
They cannot prove that you ever "GOT" the mail (i.e. served with notice) cuz all they usually do is mail it via US Mail. Unless you are personally presented with it, he said don't worry about it. Also, TicketAssassin said something like they can't mention it in court (then it was 'entrapment'). Since you never received proper notice of it, they can't hold you liable for something you never knew about.
Of course, if you got a ticket from a LEO, they make you sign it (acknowledging you got the ticket)...but with Red Light Cameras, no dice.
Anyone one else who used TicketAssassin care to chime in?
YMMV...
g/l, sorry for the s***ty day...

Next time that happens flip your sun visor down so your face is not visible when they take the picture. I was told this by a customer of mine that said he was excused, because they couldn't tell who was driving the car.
