i need to know this check engine light code
so i was driving in downtown stuck in traffic and my cheack engine light went on so i stoped at my friends shop and he looked at it and i wrote it down its
P0139 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
which O2 sensor is it??

Actually, there's only one 02 sensor & it's located in the down pipe, after the first cat.
It's only purpose is to report to the ecu how the cats are doing. It's design is much different from the other "02 sensor".
The other "02" sensor is the "air/fuel ratio sensor" & it's located in the RH exhaust collector.
It's used to provide...get ready..... air/fuel ratio feed back to the ecu.
Try clearing the code & see if it returns.
If it does, you may need a new 02 sensor.
I say "may" because there may be other issues.
It's only purpose is to report to the ecu how the cats are doing. It's design is much different from the other "02 sensor".

When I had my o2 sensor go bad, it took a while to come back. It would clear, and I could drive around town without tripping it, but after a drive over 15 minutes it would come back on. When I finally took it in the guy said the CEL won't trip in cold-start (which lasts about 10-15 minutes).
So, drive it around for a while, and see what happens. For me, it was as simple as replacing the o2 sensor.
