However, really dislike those that attempt to dodge a HEAT round by trying to use me as a human shield.
I'm the last person you want to wrongfully **** over.

6 MONTHS ago, Customer issued a process change.
I designed & made up a set of powerpoint "blueprints" for our machinists to use.
My part of the project is over at that point.
Fast forward 6 MONTHS, and the process still hasn't changed.
Customer is coming to audit us on Monday.
For the last 6 MONTHS, I've been reminding Production Pukes of this fact.
Still nothing.
VP found out & grenaded.
Everyone got to listen to him telling me how much I suck.
During the riade, I eyed the others, who should have spoken up.
Mid-sentence, I stopped the VP, informed him not to be unprofessional with me. Informed him that not only have I done my part of the project, but have machined some of the parts, assembled the contraption, and had been reminding the Production Pukes DAILY that I needed help.
Then informed him that he needed to talk to the Production Pukes as to why this all went sideways.
I also pointed out to the sheepish Production Pukes that none of them stepped in absorb some of the blast.
I then excused myself from the meeting.
