Now that I have a clean record, I need to see how much my rates dropped.
They actually give out tickets for drafting? I figured that would have been a tailgating ticket.

More than you can afford, pal, WRX.

Actually it's like $300/mo for me and my fiance on our '03 WRX and '01 2.5RS for 100/300/50. She's got an accident that falls off later this year so it should get a bit better

I think everyone should go back and edit their posts with the name of their insurance carrier.

My home owner's insurance for 1/4 acre, pool, and 2600 sqft is $750 / year. That includes some extra coverage for firearms and jewelry (mostly firearms ).

sytran, your insurance is high because of sacramento. it rated like top 5 in stolen cars in the country. something like that. anyways, a few years ago when i moved from Davis to Natomas I had my insurance changed to sac. man, what a mistake. it went from $2200/year (for HIGH converage) to $3300/year! I think i fainted when they told me that. so a few days later i changed it to my parents house in the bay and it dropped down to $2100. I eventually moved back anyways. but that extra $1000 they wanted was ridiculous. i have AAA.

That's way high for active duty dude. I paid ~$700 for 6 months with USAA on my pickup, and I was younger than you at the time. Granted, that was in Texas and not California.

I agree with Kevin. I was younger too...

USAA rocks for me. They have come through for me 4 times without hassle. All weren't my fault though....

Just tell them you're married. I pay about $1400 per year.

Stick with them and you'll be glad you did when it matters the most.

Egan's home owner insurance seems awesome. Russ's seems to be average for most and around what mine is currently.
