If I had a gun I would've shot the guy.

They only hit the cars that were parked on the road, we suspect they were retaliating for something that happened at the party and they thought they were vandalizing partygoers cars. ****ing queers.

I wish I would've taken a ****ing closer look at the guy, but it happened so fast and was dark out.

After discussion with some other sheriffs and the neighbors, it sounds like the step-father can't be help criminally or civily liable, so that means a thousand out of pocket. I'm gonna make sure every single dent and ding is fixed if I'm going to have to shell out $1000 anyways.

does the kid throwing the party have a car? i'd steal parts off it and sell em until i had enough money to fix my car OR burn it to the ground just to put a smile on your face.

It's times like this when I'm glad a live across the street from a police station.

The parents kicked the dude out. While I was talking to the neighbors I watched the kid walk to his car with a sack and leave. I guess the mom smokes pot though, so it's definitely not the best family to have living 2 doors down.

this is why you need a paintball gun that shoots 15 ***** a second. LOL. i would have set off my house alarm (for the noise and automatic police response) and then started lighting him up. if 250+ paintballs within a matter of seconds doesnt get him to stop hitting your car...... yeah.......

Just got an estimate from Kniesel's (Dave Smith) and it was about $4000 including the windshield and other chips and dents around the car.

I think the step-dad is gonna to man up and pay the deductible. This is one expense I don't need while saving up for a house...

The 05 + windshields are 800+.

You could get an 02-04 one for cheap. (200-300) I think.

Good luck :\

The parents were out of town and just got back yesterday.

If I had a gun I would have. It sucks because our neighbor is a Sheriff, he said he had his M16 by his bed because earlier he heard the party next door and there've been problems in the past, but I guess he later closed his windows so all the commosion didn't wake him up.
