Just stop going there if you have a problem with it. Otherwise there is no reason to make such a big production out of it. Every vendor screws up. Some get flamed, some don't. Personally I only judge someone on their direct interactions with me, so if you are expecting a huge boycott you won't get my involvement.

i'd just like to let you guys know that i wasn't having a bad day and i use to like paul@dbtuned a lot, i know he's your guy's good friend...but he really fouled up as a vendor that day....i wanted to buy parts and he has been insulting me ever since...hanging up on me is just the issue that needed to be reviewed
i'm sorry if i bothered you guys or caused you guys any unnecessary drama...but i would support you guys with any vendor that i thought made a mistake...i strongly support gst motorsports, but if they fouled up I wouldn't stick up for them if they were in error

IF Paul has done what you claim he has done, you must have deserved it. He takes pride in his work and if a mistake is made he does everything in his power to fix the situation.
Case in point:
He did my 30k serivce a few weeks ago and forgot to re-install my transmission dipstick. He called me and since I was already home, he did not want me to have to make the drive back to his shop. The dipstick was delivered to my house that evening.
Perhaps the error he made in your case was answering the phone in the first place and he is in the process of making that right as well. If you were reasonable, he would be also and if not, well then you get what we have here...
