so this lady I can over hear her talking to someone and she said she was a Vegan, she goes... "See this yogurt, normally a vegan wouldn't eat it beacuse there is milk in it... but see it is low fat, so it is ok for me to eat".... uhhh what?

Where is relatively safe in Sac? I work in the North Natomas area, so somewhere close to that would be cool.
