Noticing a big difference when using creatine? I think I have recently with using whey more often and that NO Xplode. I'm looking into other supplements as well and want something with strong caffine.

meh, i haven't be able to stack creatine and protein yet(i will be starting thursday), but when i have been on each I have been going up pretty constantly, just gained another 10lbs on lat pull down, and 15lbs on reverse flys... Creatine pretty much helps in the same way protein supplements will as far as added strength, but the creatine i noticed helps me get that extra few reps in where as now that im off it i don't really have that extra umpf that i did unless i REALLY push myself... I like it

I know what you mean. I like to have that extra umpf and be able to push myself and succeed as well. I'm browsing that link you posted earlier.

And oh yea...The matrix is telling me it tastes like turkey jerky....because I am eating turkey jerky!
Can anyone remember where that is from?
