the deep end is going to be 7 ft. It's not a very long pool so any deeper and the transition gets too steep. plus it costs more.

if your not on the shallow end then life is gonna suck for people playing v-ball in this pool.

let me see if I can remember the upgrades.

gas heater
pebble sheen interior surface
self cleaning system (like an underwater sprinkler system)
2 3' sheer decent waterfalls on a seperate pump
1 4' sheer decent waterfall on a seperate pump
raised wall
deep water returns (better for a heated pool)
salt water chlorine system
colored salt finish concrete decking

the pebble surface is nice. i have that in my pool, it's over 10 years old and still looks brand new.

Does $2900 seem outragously steep for a fence quote?

84 feet (6 ft high with tongue&groove boards
+1 4 foot standard gate
+1 3 foot self closing/latching gate
+ tear down and removal of old fence

I've never gotten a fence quote but I've always heard they were expensive.

Down in the Bay Area, my parents were paying $40 per lf. The last quote I got for simple dog eared sections was $27 per lf. Of course that company doesn't return my phone calls and may have gone out of business (same company dz used for his yard). So I got a tree removed for free apparently and I'll just have to find a new fence guy.
