gas prices in sac/elk grove!!
I don't know if I can afford to drive if the gas prices keep going up! Is there any alternative gas stations you guys use besides chevron/shells?

I know huh, they're already ****ing making millions off us & it still goes up! I can hardly fill up myself. Just use Arco-i know it's ****ty gas but it's also the cheapest, just put in some engine/fuel system cleaner once in awhile since it doesn't have any like the rest. You should be fine doing that, i've no problems so far. Tough times call for BP baby!

2.64/gallon E85 @ commercial cardlock @ cost..
(and deliveries once in a blue moon as I'm practically the only customer.. My price only adjusts once I burn far enough through the 500 gallon tank to warrant a delivery..)
The whole market is so artificial.. Heavily subsidized ethanol and shaky futures gas..
But expect the prices to go higher still... Eventually we should see between 5 and 8 bucks a gallon depending on what our war mongering Lord and Savior Obama does.

I know times are tough and gas isn't gonna get any cheaper for awhile but try and stay away from your costco, sams club stuff... they will mix any type of gas in there just because its cheaper for the company to buy and pay for hauler for. So you might be getting valero, BP, shell, tesoro, chevron who knows... not something I would want to put in my car.
Just try and stick with one company especially if you already use one brand in particular
