I was uhhh in the library reading & stuff and I uhhh found this new in box graphics card sitting on a table....
I would put it in my work computer but it has funky PCIe slots so it wont work...
MSI x600XT
PCI-E
128mb
Opened the box but never installed, comes with the card, manual, driver disk, DVI to VGA dongle (lol dongle), and a S-video cable.
$70

But usualy i think if that happens then it means you have a video card error.
Drivers for video card got jacked up or something else that has to do with video card, if you can try updating it, if its an ati or nvidia card get latest drivers from www.omegadrivers.net. Best drivers around!

3rd party drivers lead to nothing but problems
AND
video drivers have nothing to do when the computer posts. That would be a video bios problem if anything. Drivers do not load until you hit the OS layer.
