I get a bonus of about $500 - $5000 every year depending on production and cash flow

every place i've worked has always given Christmas bonus and we've always had Christmas parties as well...except for one place, where they were struggling...no bonus and they ended up downsizing the following spring to around 25 employees.

i've had bonuses range from $200 to $1100, the best is when your employer works it out to make it in cash! no taxes on bonuses rox!

but all the places that have benifited from worker loyalty have always given bonuses and parties...

when i have employees i'll def give bonuses! it keeps your employees happy.

and Christmas Vacation is the best holiday movie evAr!

What on earth could you raffle to an employee...that sounds different. Gift certificate to Chochkies maybe? Interesting...

I don;t expect a cash bonus this year, maybe a nice polo shirt or something.

That Garmin GPS unit I got was actually a raffle prize. Another coworker got an Xbox, and my boss got a 20gb iPod. There was a bunch of other cool stuff too apparently.

Oh Okay, that's pretty cool then. If we had a raffle, it would probably consist of a bunch of screwed up customer freight...haha... Like a VCR with no buttons, or a TV with a crack...good stuff/.
