Can I still drive it with a P0122? The engine didn't seem to be acting funny or idling rough, so could it just be a fluke that goes away today? Should I clear the CEL and see if it comes back?

Apparently, a shop decided that it did not need to use the correct head gasket when doing an EJ257 swap.
