It's whatever the fine print says. I know that mercury insurance replaces parts with non oem parts. It's going to come out of your pocket if you wanted OEM stuff.

I've had Bristol West before. They are pretty big and was quick to respond to my claim. (when some random dude keyed my old subie in sac)

Good luck dude.

It's typical for insurances to deny fault until they get all their facts straight. I just hope the dude isn't saying that it's not his fault.

ya, especially if their customer's different stories each time they talk to them. I have dealt with more insurance companies then I ever wanted to. **** can be a mess. Luckily Quadruple Phister wasn't seriously hurt or he would get to go through a whole new fun group of hurdles...

I hate insurance company's

You need someone to crash a car that is a color other than black so you can have some diversity on your wall at the shop...

Does the fine print of teh other guys insurance apply to me? I don't ahve an agreement with them.

They've estimated $80 for the fog lights. The cheapest I've found so far is $380.

It's all about replacement value. Yeah, they think they're worth $80, but you need to push them - you can't even get stock wrx foggies for $80
