no, this means that some sacramento county sheriff's deputies will be out of work. citrus heights has been contracting officers from sac sheriff dept. to work up there. rancho cordova pd and i believe elk grove pd do the same thing currently.

I am confused. Citrus Heights isn't really "growing" and what is Folsom PD doing other then driving around taking coffee breaks?
Just confused on the justification of hiring more. Are they that low?
