Hrmm, it just keeps the interior of my vehicle much cooler, prolongs the life of the plastic inside by preventing UV damage, hides valuables from prying eyes, the tint strip at the top also is very nice when driving the 5, just when the sun is going down....good positioning, works well in conjunction with the visor....and just looks really nice, but that is just me.... :-)

Yeah, I just put my front license plate back on a few months ago, too. It doesn't look all that bad, actually. Maybe I'm just getting used to it.

It's actually a measurement from a spot on the seat when it's in a certain postion. Vehicles with a very tall roofline could have a larger strip of material on the front window than a vehicle with a lower roof line.

This also means that the lower limit is a parallel plane with the ground. Most cheap tint shops put the stuff on with a straight cut. When this edge is placed on a curved windshield the outside edges are lower than the center. This is fine as long as the lowest part doesn't go lower than the low limit. But than means the center is higher than it has too be.

No powered by... or kanji anything ever came near my car.

Various stickers were on at different times. The tire related ones coincided with the actual rubber in use.
