Sodomy could technically apply to using a condom or masturbating (watch out for ceiling cat).

I remember a crime story about somone being sodomized with a broom stick. Is that really sodomy? The broomstick doesn't have the ability to procreate. It's use of your *** doesn't reduce it's ability to procreate. How is that sodomy?

carry on with your thread.
Awesome post. and :rotfl: at Ceiling cat :rotfl:

Choosing to break traffic laws is fine. It's *****ing about getting pulled over or ticketed for something that annoys me. You don't think I drive like I'm taking my driver's test every minute I'm behind the wheel do you? No, I just don't ***** about it and hold it against people whose job it is to do so. ***** about sutpid laws, ***** about supposed harassment, but don't complain about suffering the consequences on the occasions you are punished for laws you know that you are breaking.

California Department of Corrections and Rehab's fiscal year ends this Friday. Not 100% sure on DoJ, but I'm guessing from all the running around thats happening in all the state buildings with all the firedrills and last minute rush meetings that it's pretty much the same for most all of CA's departments.

Every entity has its own fiscal year. Obviously, what you stated is the federal fiscal year, 10/1 - 9/30. Most business and indivuals are based on calendar year. The State of California and all local government entities within it are from July 1 through June 30, except for some hick city up near Lake Tahoe.

I never got pulled over- without reason anyway- in this car. Does it not fit the "profile"? Lowered, wheels, exhaust, stickers all over it, and I drove everywhere between Reno, Rancho Cordova, Natomas, Pleasanton, and Union City on a near-weekly basis for about 6 months.

4 speeding tickets in 13 months will lend credibility to that statement.
