yah a lil food for thought huh... i was just realizing how easy it was for me to chirp/ squeel my tires around the round abouts in our area with out even really trying... for example.. 1 night i took the round about at a lame speed like i always do, but it was a cool night so i had my window down.. and my tires squeeled... so basically my tires wine everytime i go around the roundabout and i never knew it til that 1 night about a week ago... hmm.. i could have about 12 exhibitions of speed right now.. now thats LAME!

I was reminded on the radio the EG and CH both officially started their independent police departments recently. This would account for the increased enforcment. Previously they were contracted out to the Sherrif.

It's also nearing month end, and fiscal year end. Right now, it's all about money.

Your work is wierd. The fiscal year was invented to coincide with the end of harvests. That was when the average American had the most money in his pocket 120 years ago.

a good buddy of mine that is in law enforcement once told me that he can find something illegal with any car thats pulled over.

this goes down to busted lights or even broken reflectors. What sucks is when a PD is put into overdrive to cite people to raise revenue and they can basicaly always find something wrong to give you a ticket for.

Im not talking about modified cars, anyone is a target when the PD is under pressure to make money for the city

I have a view that I only have so much law breaking budget to spend. I choose to spend almost all of it on speeding. That means I have to save up by using my signal EVERYWHERE. I don't cross double yellows.

But I do speed. I speed like a ****. The world is my road dyno.
