yup, they have all new force and patrol vehicles. and they are behind about a year on their revenue.

the new cars are all white with blue and black decals and have the low profile LED light bars.

+1 - I usually roll down my front windows when im not in my town, i have 35% front 20% rear. Also if you see a crown vic with a bunch of tint and a few antennas...im prettttty sure its a cop car lol...vics arent very discreet cop cars

I won't go as far as to call it stealing. They have to make their money like any other business(yes PD is a business) It's either raise taxes or take their merry time to respond to a 911 call (due to the lack of funds to put more units out)

it's not really stealing. see, we have laws in this country. some of them relate to driving a car. if you break one of them, you get what's called a fine. hopefully, CHPD issues you lots of them.
