CA Exempt!?!!

I meant the description of the foundation.

The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization that provides Benefits and Scholarships to California Highway Patrol family members.

The CA Exempt vehicles are Exempt from Smog as well...

the autoshop i was in had to apply for one on a ScoutII due to problems. we got the plate and it is now driving around as a CA Exempt vehicle.

11-99 foundation lic plate trims pop up on eBay every once in a while. One went for only $400 earlier this year.
