buddy of mine is starting a new company and he wants to be 100% legit, so he wants to buy al the full versions of software for his office computers...
he's looking for both Mac & PC current vers of Adobe Suite, Quark & MS Office...
anyone know where has the best prices on software?
he's getting quotes and the software's costing more than the computers...
if he can't get good deals he'll end up having to downgrade the computers.
i'll be working there on the side so i would rather use a G5 mac than a pewny eMac...or Powerbook vs. iBook.
besides the software pricing is ridiculous.
only needs 2 versions of each, (Mac & PC)

Use OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org) for documents/spreadsheets/presentations. It can convert into basically any format (Office, etc) and is free. Just as easy to use as Office.
