I never said that. In fact, I would be more than willing to help out on the "interview" process for perspective employees.

So we got our liquor license and have met with the architect to get the fridge, taps, tables and seats into place.

We're hoping it'll be open this spring.

Here's the location: http://maps.yahoo.com/dd?ed=sha54v96...ntry=US&tdesc= or http://www.beachhutdeli.com/locations.shtml

If you have any relatives or are interested in employment you can go here: http://www.beachhutdeli.com/jobline.cgi We're also interested in people that are 21 and over for liquor purposes.

So, the EGKK meets are moving to the BeachHutDeli, right?

Can we get Sierra Nevada Pale Ale up in there?

That sounds like a plan. The EGKK meet could be at the BeachHutDeli. When is the grand opening again?

Comparing The Beach Hut Deli to Quiznos/Subway is just wrong. TBHD's sammiches are in a completely different class from Quiznos/Subway.

And yes, beer too

I am not a fan of Sierra Nevada but know a lot of people enjoy it. I'm pretty sure we'll have that but cannot remember if it's on tap or bottle.

I'll keep you updated. There's too many "what if's" to make a solid date.
