i'm not trying to lose 20-25% body fat, I don't need to stop everything I'm eating. I just need to cut back a lil here and there, and i'll lose the 7% i need to. I think I can lose that body % with just not drinking real soda, since that was about 700 empty calories i was getting a day

uh no, no one would really approve of trying to lose weight while still eating fast food...the easiest way is to cut back on calories ( like you are) and excercise alot more..but fast food is something you need to avoid like the plague

plus now at the gym i ride on the bikes for 30 minutes, which i never did. I am also working out legs now, which I never did, and doing abs more often
ya, it's alright if i get it with food... I don't think I could drink it straight, I actually like the coke zero **** alot
