Most likely - yes, but he doesn't really use high beam so it doesn't matters

Why must you live all the way in Sac!

I want to do this but I'm not sure it would look good on my stock WRB Hawkeye. I think I need a lip for it to look right.

get a lip it's like 60 bucks on Ebay and it will change look of your car
