the 22 year old said he was not racing with the guy. the guy in the mustang came up on him fast and was changing lanes and lost control. innocent till proven guilty. besides if he was racing him second-degree murder is way to harsh of a penalty.

Besides, I saw the Honda that was towed by the police on the news. It had different colored body panels and black wheels. Based on that, there is no doubt he was street racing in my mind.

Listen, my friend, had his family been in the car, one of two outcomes would have happened. Both of which are positive in my book.
1. Had loved ones, offspring, etc, been in the car, this ******* probably would not have raced. How do I know? I'm married & have three circus freakishly hug children. And, on the rare occasion we go out in the STi, Mrs Oaf is peering at the speedo for even the slightest hint that I'm exceeding the speed limit.
Why does she do this?
Because she's a mom, and her job is raise & protect our children so they may pass on their DNA.
Picture a momma bear.
No one is gonna **** with momma bear's cubs.
Not even poppa bear.
2. Had *******'s wife not prevented ******* from racing, and had the crash still occured, then Mr *******'s & Wife's offspring's obviously defective DNA what have been removed from the Human Gene Pool.
Thus eliminating the remote chance of *******'s DNA from mingling with my DNA.
It's called Darwinism.
Not every one gets to win.

I like how the news last night tried to paint him like a wreckless driver because of his past infractions. Most of them were seat belt or registration related. I think one of them (out of the 10 or so they listed) was not observing the limit line.

Me and my friends drove down the street where the dude crashed. The only way he could have crashed on the driver side on that curve is if he made a 20mph lane change going 90. Hit the curb his rear bounced up and blam.
Now i understand its impossible for my friend not to see that crash. In panic mode lots of **** happens. He obviously left the scene due to freaking out. Last time he crashed the camero left the scene but he was ok. So mabie he was asuming the same thing. It's up to the Lord now.
DZ: sorry, i was being an ***. Last thing i need to be doing is making enemies over this.
