No doubt Vladi,
i mean when i gunned that gsr my adrenaline kicked in hard, like VTEC at 4.5k following a rush of boost. it really was like o_0 whaaaa...
still first gear is completely useless, and second gear is useless after 4k rpm, so .. whats the point...
cornering hard is almost impossible now due to traction issues.

04caliwrx, its my bro-inlaw's gsr. i think its a 98 or newer, "jdm " front end, koyo radiator, blox intake manifold and throttle body, rc650 injectors, walbro 255?, t3/t4 turbo, tial wastegate- dumps to atm, custom made IC piping, bov of some kind that makes loud pssshhhhhh lol ..
its fast! feels a little scary because of fwd and how relatively light the whole car feels. it drives almost like a gocart; its very responsive.
its fun; i can't deny that.
but again... you can't compare it to the feel of a suby.. maybe i'm being biased here. i don't think i would be able to get used to the "flimsy" feel of it.

oh no doubt about miatas feeling like gocart's! with a good suspension and some extra power they are amazing.
same with s2k's, another amazing handling car. you really gotta spend some time with them to get to appreciate the awesome engineering
what's the stigma with miatas? i don't get it.. i guess since i wasn't born in this country i don't get the macho stuff yet. my gf makes fun of me for liking miatas :/ calls it little ghey car; i'll show her bangbang!
