that's the entire north valleys area. They've built tons of homes in cold springs, stead and golden valley. I figured those would provide ample opportunity for people to default on their loans. I have to say though that if their on the list I'm surprised the double diamond area isn't on there as well.

It's not about buying a house. It's buying a house and not being able to afford it, whether something bad happened to you or you're a dumb *** and did some crazy loan that you can't afford. Unfortunately, most foreclosures lately are caused by the latter reason.
