Steam Egg Custard -
Chinese: 1 part Egg 2 part water
Japanese: 1 part Egg 2 part Dashi with side ingredient such as sliced ****ake, crab meat and / or small but aromatic mushrooms
Egg Tart - the key to this dish is the consistency of the custard and the flakiness of the crust.
