Cylinder head restrictions for rally?

I need to rebuild the cylinder heads on my '02 wrx. I figured it'd be a good time to port and polish them along with a few other minor mods. I want to start running some west coast rallies. Is there any limitations on what I can do to my cylinder heads? I figured I'd be in the PGT class. I'm having difficulties finding info on this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

PGT won't allow any headwork I'm certain. It would probably put you in 4WD Open.
