i was watching the news this morning and it does not look like we're having a break from the rain for a while. I need a combination of blue skies and dark clouds. how is your schedule? are you free on weekends? i am heading to Orange County on the 19th for a few days of work, but hopefully the end of the month.
anyhow, if things are good on saturday i might go the JDM south bay meet. are you going?

I'm gonna be at the JDM meet this Sunday. I'll have my new lens with me too!!!
As far as the weather down here, it's been cloudy a lot lately, I'll see if maybe I can head out today or tomorow and take some test shots so you can see what it looks like...

I was thinking of getting a Legacy at first, then throughout the year (yes, my car purchase plan usually go for about 9 months or so) I slowly moved up. I haven't had a new car for a while and I bought my current suby used and paid off. Since the wedding is coming, it's a treat for the both of us, although she'll be driving it mostly since the Protege is on her last leg.

very very cool, I was thinking that same thing, whenever I get married, i wanna get my wife into a nicer car, something she'll really really enjoy driving instead of enjoying it on the weekends, but hating it for every day.

^you are a good man.
back to them photos... now I need a good tripod or a remote so I can use the bracketing feature and make some cool HDR. I have a Nikon D50 so nothing too special. I tried one of the bracketing feature last night, I think it adjusts the WB. But CS2 says the don't have enough dynamic range. The other bracketing feature adjusts the exposure, but my hands are not steady enough and I have a shtty tripod.

And the CS2 HDR function sucks, use an actual HDR program, makes it look WAY better!
