Import Life 3 - June 28th in Portland, OR

Wanted to see if there was any interest in having an i-club booth at our show and having a group of you come out. We have a few subaru classes to compete in and it could draw quite a few new users to your site! We will even create model specific categories, if five or more of you register in that class.

Import Life 3 is coming at you June 28th 2003 from 1pm-9pm at the Portland Expo Center in Portland, OR.

With over 400,000 sq feet of space there will be over 300 show cars, Bboy and MC Battles, Dance Team Competitions and Performances, Model Search, Fashion Show, Live Dj's and Musical recording artists, stereo sound DB Drags competition, 3 on 3 baskteball tournament, Extreme Sports Show case featuring the Airwalk Stunt Team with BMX Bikes, Skateboards, inline skating and more! Rc Car Tracks and showoff and over 35 categories for show/race cars. And of course our ever famous bikini contest!

This year check out the after party from 10pm-2am including a lingerie show, wet t shirt contest, beer garden and much much more!

I'll be there with the NW Autosports Magazine rally display, talking about last seasons championship, co-driving, and just answering questions in general.

Unfortunatly Allie from Team Impluse still only knows the Subaru board was I-club...hopefully since RS_NW (Erik) and I (Ethan) were wearing our Impreza.net and registered under that site she'll post this stuff over there

I had thought a booth would be cool, of course it would have only been us two

That orange one was Best Subaru? 'Cause I thought I heard them say Jeff Sponagol (sp?) (that blue WRX pictured above) won the award

Yep, Richard took home the trophy. We thought that was pretty damn funny considering how dirty the engine bay was, especially compared with how clean your car was...

Maybe they thought that the rally car personified everything Subaru was about, hence it being the BEST subaru there.

That just proves the judges are suckered into that image by the tv commercials. There is a lot more to the Subaru Lifestyle other than a rally car and marketing gimmicks.

Maybe the judge liked it because it actually does something other than get polished every weekend.

Who knows. I can tell you it was as much a shock to me as it obviously is to some of you. Probably a bit more since I was there to help promote NW Autosport and I didn' t know my car was entered in the competition.
My opologies to anyone who was offended by the judges choice.
