OK, HERE IT IS:

Here is the bird, weighing in at 26lbs, after sitting in the Good Eats Roast Turkey Brine for 16 hours:
Spread open and ready for the aromatics(from the link above), I added garlic to the aromatics, well, because if it don't got garlic, it jus' ain't right:
All tucked up and ready for the heat:
4 hours and 35 minutes later (of precision oven temp control), the bird comes out. Since the drippings will be too salty for gravy, you can see some herbs steeping in chicken stock in the forground that will become gravy:
Carved for the table. The turkey was so juicy my mom even ate it (she does not eat that much meat):

I discovered them a bit ago.
Then I discovered a huge chunk of vein in one. It was perhaps 1/2" diameter by 2" long.
It ruined the bowl.

Pasta dinner for new years eve.

Ham with brownsugar, mustard, clove, maple glaze.
Roast potatos.
Spinach, in a carmalized onion, wine vinigar, spices.
