I made a batch of gravy today:

And since Aiden and Kim headed out to Spokane, I decided to grill some Pizza's for myself (all from scratch):

(note the WITH LOVE cross-hatch marks on both sides!)

Moraccan Chicken breasts (seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, saffron, and cumin) in Onions, Garlic, and Prunes. Simmered in white wine and chicken stock, served over CousCous.
