Dinner tonight:
Seasoned boneless Rib Eye, seared over 100% Mesquite wood coals (no kingsford Bricks here!) to a very juicy Medium Rare.
With BBQ'd Penn Cove Oysters lacquered in a shallot/Garlic/Ginger/Butter Sauce and finished with Parmesean cheese.
Roasted Red Pepper/Sun Dried Tomato/Artichoke alfredo sauce and linguine pasta side dish.
Masi Bardolino (Italiano) Merlot wine. ($6.99 @ Larry's)
Aw yeah babe.
oh, and don't forget the Vodka Oyster Shooters!
