I'd at least call them, ask them what's up with it.

If you purchase that new, you should call them and get another one. Unless they are willing to refund a part of your money back and you are ok with that.

This will definitely hurt you later on if you want to sell it.

That might be there due to the clearance of the drive shaft. I have a custom exhaust and had to put a small dent in it so it would clear

I would call Cobb and ask them about it, but I would only return it if I bought it locally because it wouldn't bother me enough to wait another couple weeks for my exhaust. It's only the midpipe... and like tanz said... it might just be the design so call and ask.

Thank you guys so much, I hope you guys are right cause I was hoping they dented it purposely to clear something to make it fit, cause the dents look they were done by some sort of machine not by something accidentally hitting it. But I will give COBB a call tomorrow because they are closed on the 4th of JULY!!!

Thank You guys again! PARTY ON!!!

PS: I think I got all the info I needed but if you guys have your own opinions or know a friend who has the COBB 3' SS Catback lemme know. Thank You

yeah, I would have to agree... it's not like the pipe is totally pinched, but I guess the decision is upon the buyer because YOU bought it, so YOU should decide whether to return it or not... I wouldn't mind because the pipe isn't polished or meant to be bling anyways... but that's my two cents...
