Project EJ257 GCC

Thought it was about time to create a project page for my 96 Impreza L. As many of you already know, I've been working on this car for a little over a year, and it is now my daily driver.

Complete 2004 USDM STI Swap:
Mods:
  • Purchased and not currently installed:
    • Primitive front skid plate (1/8")
    • Primitive rear diff skid plate (3/16")
    • Version 4 front bumper
    • JDM version 5 crystal headlights
    • Version 5(?) grill
    • Quick Time Performance 3" QTEC electronic exhaust cutout
    • Lightweight front bumper beam
    • Primitive v6 Sti Side Skirts

I need the following parts to complete the project. Please let me know if you find any for sale!
  • GC rear doors w/ power windows, prefer white
  • Passenger side A pillar cover

What's next? Here's some of the items on my wishlist:

Work in progress:

I'd like to give special thanks to Adam from LIC Motorsports for all the time he spent checking over the car with me. Appreciate it man.

Thanks to Jeremy from Crucial for his advice and great parts.

And of course, thanks to everyone else who helped on the project -- I couldn't have done it without you. Jon, Matt, Anthony, Kenny, Sean and most of all my girlfriend Maya, who probably turned more bolts on the car than I did. =)

Thanks man.

All the parts you have are from the 2005 STI, right? For those particular parts, I'll need the 93-01 specific pieces.

Thanks. I'm torn between white, wrb, 2.5rs blue, and BMW grey. Leaning towards Grey, but the decision may come down to cost.

Whatever color, the black bump guards on the door will be removed, and the mirrors and door handles will be painted as well. =)
