sorry for the off topic, but i really wanna know why people put like blue tape on their headlights and foglights at race tracks? is it to avoid rocks chipping their lights? great car by the way.

Cars with glass headlights/foglights are required to tape them incase they are broken. It keeps the glass together and off the track. Some people misinterpret this rule, and tape there plastic headlights, others like to prevent chipping as you mentioned as well. Thanks BTW

The painter's tape that people put on their lights is a precaution against shards of plastic/glass being dumped all over the track surface just in case something hits them. It doesn't help against chipping or preventing cracks, but it is a courtesy to other drivers who probably don't want glass shards on track.

I just had my entire front end clear bra'd. It works the same, and it has done an amazing job of protecting my car so far.

How will the intake be in the summer?Well, it's gotta be better than without I suppose. Keep in mind the car is on the track only.

Yes, I will be installing a screen in the hose when I replace the silver duct with the black brake ducting hose.

Pics of suspension, tranny rebuild, and diff install later this week.

were are the pics ?

BTW always wanted to know why choose a 1.5 way over a 1 way rear LSD ? ..... isn't the 1.5 way supposed to "partially lock under braking" ?

It is a 02 WRX slave cylinder. I doubt the JDM is different that year, or even now.
They prolly just changed it in 03 for the silly americans breaking trannies and trying to warranty them. I could be wrong on this, so I will check into it.

-Sorry about the pics, I am still waiting for the disk of pictures from the tranny builder.

I went with the recommendations from the VP of Cusco for my application. I have not come to regret it. I am still playing with fluids/friction modifier, and settings now. I have found settings for dry, rain, and drift.

WREXR, thanx for the reply.

From the CUSCO LSDs I have seen you are able to change the from 1.5 to 1 way and viceversa. But what other settings can u change (if it is possible to know or share the information ?).
