Yeah, Im pretty big into motocross racing. As much as I would love to go pro, my parents cant make that sacrifice. Cars will be a nice transition as I get older as something to be involved with.

Just wondering but would you be interested in getting some BBS RGR 17x7.5 wheels? I have rubber on them if you want to buy that too. I'm trying to find ways to get a down payment on a new STI and the bolt pattern for the STI are different from what we have.

Yeah the wing risers aren't exactly my favorite. Unfortunately the stupid s202 spoiler that I ordered doesn't even fit right so i have to send it back now. I would love to just do an sti trunk swap, anyone?

Oh and I think I made my choice on the wheels. How badass are these?

Can anyone recommend a high performance/grand touring all season tire?

Now that im returning my wing, im thinking about going ahead and buying a harness for the drivers side. I know what some of you might be thinking. All show. However, I just really like the idea of being planted in the seat during some "spirited driving". I was looking at the Sparco 4 point competition harness. I like the idea of the Scrotch quick fit because its DOT approved but supposedly it doesn't work on the 06/07's.

So I made the leap today and ordered some rims

Question though, I know that it comes with a blue valve stem, where can I get a red one to match...this is what i want it to look like.

I think he said all this was being done by the rents which is totally bad *** and I am jealous. I'm glad you went with the WORKS and not those cheap *** Tenzo R rims lol. Why didn't you go with an 18X8.5????????????? I would have never looked at any 7.5 inch wheel if they were being bought for me. Did you order them threw VIVID?? I see you posting lots of links threw them and if you did order from them I sure do hope you get them rims sooner then later and have no problems with them. Why didn't the s202 spoiler work out? did you get that from VIVID too? Good job so far on the decisions of mods you are putting on your car, beside those chepo wing risers. Next time you plan on buying somthing that is JDM make sure you buy OEM JDM not some relica because then you would have no problems. Keep up the good work.

I actually ordered the rims from ravspec. In the 5x100 bolt pattern 7.5 was the largest they had, It doesn't bother me much anyway. Like I've said, I'm really fortunate and don't take things for granted. Everything up until now on the car I've paid for, but the rims are going to be a birthday gift. I still have to buy the tires myself, so I'm looking around. I'm probably going to take the wing risers off the car once the rims are on.

Just found this thread. Even though the rims arent my style I have gotta say they look good. I agree with everyone else...the wing risers = no. Im jealous as hell that you are 16 and have that already. My dream car is an '05 STi and I joined the Marines for the damn thing. Nobody can say that I dont love suby's.

oh yea, Im 18 and I was born in Englishtown NJ. moved to FL. 4 years ago, nice to see someone from same lil town.
