You need to increase yer light.

But how do you get photos of the car while traveling? Did I miss something?

 

for moving pictures, there is a photo mode when you visit individual tracks (not the races, but the where big green signs take you).

After you run a few laps, exit and watch the replay. You'll be able to pause the replay at any point to position the camera and all that other wonderful stuff.

the game is great, how you can improve on gt3 is beyaond me but they did it BIG TIME. ill get some more pics including my new STi V.II
