Alright I found out how to get the alarm to set while the tt is counting down.
For others reference you cut the wire going into pin 6 on the keyless entry module. Its a green wire with a black stripe.
There's a label on the module for pin 6 which reads: IGN. SWITCHED +12V

At WOT its loud enough, but not overbearing. Just crusing around town I'm sure people hear the car coming up but not nearly as loud as some other setups. Pretty comparable to the sound of a Stromung tbe.

Couple weeks ago I downloaded a radiator shroud template off of rs25.com and used the design to get my own made up out of 1/16'' sheet metal. I took the template into my buddies shop and had him slice me out a shroud. Afterwards got it primered and painted black to prevent rust. Supposedly this will drop coolant temps 10-15 degrees but I'm not really sure, I'd have to read up on some other peoples experiences who are using radiator shrouds.

Thanks for the support, glad you liked everything I've done to the car so far. And here's a pic of some goodies I picked up at MPJ today that will be going on soon. Kartboy rear shifter bushing and Whiteline rear diff bushings.

Got the Kartboy rear shifter bushing installed last night, it was a ***** to say the least. Then today put in the Whiteline rear diff bushings, that was wayy easier... probably could have done it with my eyes closed. Anyways the car has little to no play in the shifter when in gear and on hard shifts I don't feel that big *clunk* anymore. I think I got what I wanted out of these mods so it was well worth it.

Soon I will be sending off my 2000 RS wheels to get powdercoated. Once they're done and the rain goes away they'll be going on my car with a set of Azenis. I'll post pics once I have them back.

The place that does the powdercoating for my friends company isn't local so whenever stuff needs coating it gets sent off, hence why my wheels will get sent off for this. Can't remember what the name of the powdercoating place was but they had some really nice samples for me to choose from.

Recently had a nice polish and wax done on the car, more pics here: https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...18#post1475918
edit: BTW my 00RS wheels are now at the powdercoaters. They had to order the coating cause they didn't have it in stock but they should be done in a week and an half. I chose "stardust silver" as my color.
