Those are JDM projectors. I painted the housing black and installed the ccfl angel eyes. The fogs are oem, but if has the 00 Outback stone guards. Thanks for the comments.
Someone please get these off my hands.

Well, when I did mine they came out great. I did it twice b/c the first time I used flat black. The second time around I used satin and installed the angel eyes.
