you have a wagon my friend...to be honest with you, you're going to get tired of the drone...i used to run a catless setup to a RS*R gt2 and i thought it was cool for a bit, but i eventually got tired of it. if you want 'loud', you can go catless on that setup...just to warn you, being a wagon with an uber loud exhaust kinda sucks..IMO.

what are some lower "throaty" exhausts?

Try running straight out of a catless dp, no mid, no rear section. Now that is an awesome sounding exhaust

I ran around with nothing past my stock downpipe for a bit and even that was just ****ing amazing. Smitty heard it and we were like *drool*. Then again smitty runs a catless downpipe with straight pipes lol :P.
