On the turbo side? The inner diameter is 3 inches, but tapers to fit on stock-like turbos with a 2.4" inlet.
For a full 3 inch inlet you're looking at:
APS hard inlet with both 2.4 and 3 inch couplers (Apparently an endangered species)
Agency Power hard inlet (Think Faker from He-Man)
Samco full 3 inch inlet, which was specially made for some uk racing shop, I saw one for sale on iwsti here:

Not sure about the perrin, avo, or gimmick/ebay inlets
