I have a vf34 and 30. They are very similar, diffrences are the 34 is ball bearing.

34=quick spool

30=better top end

Correct me if I'm wrong.

From my understanding the VF30 is non-ball bearing, that's the only difference I noticed when I researched.

VF30 has a thrust bearing, PZ18 exhaust housing, 47.9mm compressor housing 9 blade compressor wheel, 0.63 A/R

I was just worried because I read a lot of horror stories of VF30's and 34's not holding boost very well. Could just be a myth, I've never seen it in person.
