First up on the auction block today is a pretty much brand new Forced Performance FP Green Turbo. It's a 2.4" inlet version with a 7cm turbine housing. The housing appears to be ceramic coated and as you can see, has zero rust at all. It is currently set up for use with the internal wastegate (IWG), but can easily be set up for an external wastegate (EWG) by either welding the flapper shut, or by buying the Grimmspeed bracket thingy. No shaft play, either.
Asking price: $750
I bought this turbo from a local dude, and it's got less than 800 break-in miles on it from the previous owner. I ended up going a different route before even installing it, so I never got a chance to play with it. The turbine housing was threaded for some unknown sensor (backpressure/egt?), and I plugged it with a top grade 316 stainless NPT plug, as recommended by Aniel at Forced Performance.

^ Looks to be the oil cooled version. If so, you will need to run a single 1/2" ID long heater hose line to bypass the coolant if my memory serves me right from the coolant reservoir back to the block (hard metal coolant line). OP if you're looking into a gt52 then this OG green is pretty similar as I've owned both.

Sorry I missed your post. Honestly not much info aside from what it's already been said about these turbos from their makers. It's like that old z49 vs OG fp green debate and you can pretty much add the gt52 in that mix. The new Hta green should not be called a green it's more like a sz55. I've had both and they made similar power +/- spooled about the same both had the 7cm housing running ext. wastegate. I may even have my old dyno pulls/logs that I printed out comparing the two along with a sz55 maybe I can just put it in the virtual dyno or airboy dyno again but it's a long shot. In my experience the OG greens tend to last longer in terms of reliability and that's the reason why I've kept a few of them as spares in the past. I currently have a dom 1.5(got a killer deal from a friend) in my car but I have yet to finish tuning it and I've ran to a few roadblocks along the way so I can't really give you my take on the turbo. If you want my opinion if the turbos are priced the same go with the bigger one to some extent(lag is overrated), but that's just me.
