WTB: 02-07 Wagon All-Weather Cargo Liner

Hey all,

So my wife and I are buying a house (closing in 2 weeks) and while I'm excited for fun house projects, I'm not so excited about dumping landscaping supplies in the back of my wagon and making a mess a la that cheesy Forester 'love' ad. Since I'm OCD about keeping my car clean, I want to get one of dem fancy rubber trunk liners to protect my wagon from messes. Anyone have one? If not I'll just buy from Subaru - at $70 it doesn't seem too bad.

Cheers!

Ever consider a small trailer? Not to derail your tread but it would make big house projects easier in the long run.

My parents live pretty close by and they have a good size trailer. If I have lots to haul I can just swing by their place and borrow their SUV and the trailer. I would just be using the Saabaru for smaller trips that wouldn't warrant using the trailer.

Whew $70 for the liner?

Just a thought on doing things on the cheap. At Costco they have this wide area black durable outdoor mat material for ~$20. I used it to make a trunk liner for my son's GC. He throws his swim gear on it and its held up very well. Again just a thought...
