Who has GroupN lateral link bushings?

Who has GroupN lateral link bushings installed on their car? (NOT the urethane ones)

If so:

How did you install them?
Which lateral links are you using (brand)?
What other rear end mods? (ie lock bolts, trailing arm, etc)
If you have stock links, how did you get the old ones out?

Probably should post this in a different area, but you will need to remove the long bolt that couples the rear lateral links to the rear hubs, then remove both bolts at the sub frame end, one is actually a cam for alignment. My 06 wrx had STi rear lateral links with group-n bushings, was very happy with them after removing all the wrx parts. Would have to swap out the rear sway bar with a STi style if you go this route, not sure if wagons use the same parts or not though.

Oops I should clarify... I'm familiar with the procedure for removing/installing lat links... I was more interested in how people removed their stock bushings from the links themselves.

I've only seen people burn them out... what does a shop do to get them out?

doesn't TIC have them already pressed in for you? that was the route I was going to go with when I had my gd.

I just used a press to get them out. It's not difficult as there's no metal outer sleeve, just the rubber bushing. At least this was the case for my sti al lateral links. I honestly noticed really no difference vs my stock bushings, as my durometer said they were close to the same stiffness. I bought TIC bushings for my links now but have yet to install them.

That would be the cleanest route, provided I was getting their links.

But I was thinking about reusing my stock ones.

Ah... but I have a WRX so I don't think my bushings are the same hardness
